About Me
Hi, I'm Del Posner — a British multidisciplinary designer specialising in licensing, publishing and children's brands. With over 9 years' experience, I've worked across product development, editorial design, digital print and brand experiences, helping bring ideas to life from concept through to production.
I currently work in Brand and Product Licensing at Blue Zoo, supporting leading preschool IP including Numberblocks, Alphablocks, Colourblocks and Mojo Swoptops. My role combines creative development, product approvals and brand guardianship, ensuring licensed products remain true to each brand while delivering engaging experiences for children and families.
Previously, I worked as a Global Brand Development Manager at Hasbro, contributing to both content and product development across globally recognised brands including Peppa Pig, My Little Pony, PJ Masks, Baby Alive, Kiya & the Kimoja Heroes and Odd-Paw Vet. Earlier in my career, I specialised in digital print and packaging at HP in Barcelona, developed creative concepts for retail and live events at Bluedog Group, and gained a strong foundation in product design at Fuse London.
What I Enjoy
I love projects where creativity meets strategy. Whether I'm designing a publication, developing a licensed product, creating packaging or solving a print challenge, I'm motivated by finding ideas that are both visually engaging and commercially successful.
I'm particularly passionate about projects that involve storytelling, children's brands and creating experiences that people genuinely enjoy interacting with.
Experience
Throughout my career I've worked with global brands and agencies including Hasbro, Blue Zoo, Mondelez, Kellogg's, Vogue, Dyson, P&G, Red Bull and many others.
I've collaborated with international teams across EMEA, the Americas and APAC, presenting creative concepts, supporting partners and guiding projects from initial ideas through to final production.

A Little More About Me
Outside of work, I'm happiest making things. I enjoy painting, drawing, dressmaking, photography and surface pattern design, and I'm always exploring new creative techniques that influence my professional work. I also speak conversational Spanish after living and working in Barcelona for three years.
