Introduction to Del
Hi! I'm Del and I'm a British Designer currently working in Brand and Product Licensing at Blue Zoo. Previous experience as Strategic Creative Designer at Bluedog Group working on Creative Development and Artworking in Events and World Travel Retail. Previous to that, Global Brand Creative Manager at Hasbro, where I specialise in creating and advancing kids' content and toys for iconic brands like Peppa Pig, Odd-Paw Vet, Kiya & the Kimoja Heroes, My Little Pony, Baby Alive, and PJ Masks. With over 8 years of diverse design experience, my journey has taken me through roles such as Creative Designer at HP, Toy Designer at Fuse London, and Lighting Designer at Philips Lighting.

- As Brand Development Manager under the VP of Content and Commercial Development, our brands were: Peppa Pig, My Little Pony, Kiya & the Kimoja Heroes, Odd-Paw Vet etc. Working across content development incl. character, location and animation; toy, packaging and creative development; generally, completely immersed from all angles!
- Analysing commercial direction data from internal stakeholders and combining into an easily understandable presentation.
- Collaboration with renowned global brands such as Mondelez, Kellogg's, P&G, Red Bull, Ricola, Dyson, Hasbro, and Vogue.
- Extensive professional network connecting to CMOs, top brands, design agencies, and print suppliers worldwide.
Print:
- Specialisation in Digital Print Design with a background at HP in the Brands & Agencies Innovation team with technical knowledge gained working in the Graphics Experience Centre in Barcelona.
- Proficiency in project management for Design to Digital Print.
- Extensive knowledge designing for packaging, labels, folding carton, commercial print i.e. publishing, books, programmes, posters, cards etc., large format, corrugated and textiles printing.
- Artworking for travel retail activations working to print specifications and technical drawings.
Professional Skills:
- Proven ability to collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams across different regions, including EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
- Experience in training and developing peers and partners.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like monday.com for efficient project management.
- Flexibility to work both independently and within teams, remote or in-house.
- Presented Creative Sales pitches to top brands in person & online.
- Possess a B1 level of Spanish, honed during a three-year residence in Barcelona.
